Our Purpose. Why  A Ghost?

Ghost Running exists for a few reasons. (1) To spread training methods and tips for new and seasoned runnings. (2) To inspire others to live a fit and active lifestyle. (3) To donate to charities to help provide shoes - and other aid - to those that are less fortunate. 

We believe everyone has a purpose and with the right amount of help we can set them on the right path to success. That's why our motto is "Run With Purpose". 

The Pink Ghost is our logo because its cool.
